    1. Honesty: Honesty and faithfulness are our priority principles in the entire business process. We act on the basis of honesty and faithfulness in our relations with the companies that we do business with, our customers, and employees. We never attempt to mislead any person or organization. Although they do not shop at our stores, we try to ensure them to trust us.

    2. Confidentiality: We keep the information belonging to the companies that we do business with, our customers, and employees confidential. We never share such information with any person or organization unless there is a court order.

   3. Objectiveness: In performing any of our activities and procedures, we objectively approach all of the public organizations and agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and political parties and we fulfill our obligations with a sense of responsibility without expecting any interest.

   4. Discrimination: We never discriminate any person or organization for political, religious, commercial or any other reasons. Race, color, religion, ethnicity are not the distinctive factors for us. All of the individuals loving their country and being beneficial for the community are equal for us.

   5. Appreciation: Our biggest capital is our employees; we appreciate them. We want our employees to make profit as our company does. We make effort to raise the living standards of our employees. We appreciate our customers. We made great efforts to gain each of our customers; so, we do not want to lose them.

   6. Responsibility: We make efforts to fulfill our below responsibilities as the company.

        a. Our Legal Responsibilities: Within the framework of the laws and regulation of Republic of Turkey, we submit correct, perfect, and comprehendible information to the regulatory organizations and agencies.

        b. Our Responsibilities towards Customers: We work with a customer satisfaction-oriented understanding that shortly and correctly meets the needs and requests of our customers. We render our services timely and under the promised conditions and we treat our customers with respect, honor, justice, equality, and manners.

        c. Our Responsibilities towards Employees: We treat our employees honestly and justly and we make efforts to ensure them to work in a safe and healthy environment with no discrimination.

       d. Our Responsibilities towards Companies: We make efforts to timely fulfill our duties towards the companies that we do business with and we strictly protect their confidential information.

      e. Our Responsibilities towards Rivals: Our rivals are not our enemies. We act in a legal and ethical manner and we avoid unfair competition. We help them in case they need.

       f. Our Responsibilities towards Community: We are in close cooperation with nongovernmental organizations for the improvement of Democracy and Human Rights. We try to be involved in the activities in favor of society. We are willing to finance education and different works of charity. We never bribe or give presents to that effect or receive the same.

   7. Conflict of Interests: As the managers and workers of Kimlik Stores, we aim to keep away from conflict of interests. By making use of our current positions, we do not attempt to acquire personal interest from the persons, companies of public offices that we are in business relations. We avoid using the name and influence of Kimlik Stores for obtaining personal interest. Including the Corporate Management, none of our employees may not acquire personal interest from company’s operation and use corporate information for his/her personal interests.

    Kimlik Stores,

-  make efforts to reach the service standards expected by its customers;
-  by advocating the business ethics of its industry, make efforts to ensure the spread and adoption of such principles;
-  do not use defaming, ironic or injurious statements for the rival companies or persons;
-  do not employ personnel in contradiction with the society. Request employees to obey any legal and ethic rules in addition to traditions and customs;
-  check the legal compliance of regular services received from the other companies and perform the required follow-up;
-  make efforts to act in accordance with traditions and customs in its activities and respect any regulations to this effect;
-  aim at to timely and perfectly fulfill its tax liabilities and other legal obligations and to set an example for the community;
-  do not derive an improper benefit from the persons or organizations for any reason whatsoever;
-  take the decision of purchasing a product of services on the basis of previously determined criteria.
