Besides, there are instructions binding upon every Kimlik employee. Regardless of their position, Kimlik employees must work in compliance with such rules and act in accordance with the instruction given by their superiors. Also, there are job definitions in following pages for each position. Perfect fulfillment of the duties as explained in the job definitions by every manger and personnel engaged in such positions is of vital importance for the proper management of the organization. Even if it is not included in the fob definition, employees should not hesitate to carry out the relevant responsibility for eliminating the obstacles. They must inform their superiors on such issues. Kimlik is a family with its shareholders, managers and employees. Any employee of Kimlik must regard herself/himself as a member of this family and avoid any attitudes or behaviors that might damage the organization. Regardless of her/his position, none of the Kimlik’s employees cannot neglect her/his duties and act in violation of the Corporate Culture. Every Kimlik employee should set an example booth in the workplace and outside. Kimlik’s employees cannot involve in illegal and immoral acts. Any employee that unintentionally involved in such acts must inform her/his superior thereof immediately. Kimlik’s employees must respect each others’ responsibilities and duties and help each others where required.
