     The articles of the Law 4077 on the Protection of Consumers as amended by the Law 4822 apply at Kimlik stores. Please bring slips, invoices, payment slips, package, accessories, and promotional materials together with the product for replacement and return procedures. As per the relevant law, none of your requests can be met without invoice.

    This text is for briefly informing the consumers regarding the law on the protection of consumers. The lawful rights of consumers are consumers.

    However, in the following cases we cannot perform return or replacement procedures even if you have an invoice:
    1- If the package of product is damaged or the product has been repaired,
    2- If you used the product,
    3- If the product does not have any defect stemming from the product itself, and
    4- If you failed to observe the instructions for use or washing for product,
    we reserve our rights not to take back or replace the product.

   The complaint subject product can be delivered to the manufacturer for test purposes. In this case, you will be notified within 30 days.

   The return or replacement procedures for the products can only be performed at the branches of the relevant company as mentioned on the overleaf of your invoice.
